Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Procurement Manager for a remote role in the United States. The position offers base salary with bonus eligibility, within a fast-growing CPG company focused on functional health and wellness, with direct influence on sourcing and procurement strategy for DTC and retail channels.

The role requires ownership of end-to-end procurement, supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Operations, Finance, and Sales to support growth

Qualifications

• 4+ years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain in CPG or related industry.
• Experience sourcing raw materials and functional ingredients.
• Strong negotiation, pricing, MOQs, and vendor management skills.
• Experience with contract manufacturers, co-packers, 3PLs, and ingredient suppliers.
• Analytical and financial skills to evaluate landed costs and margins.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Product Development, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Startup or high-growth CPG environment experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end procurement of raw materials, ingredients, and packaging.
• Identify and develop relationships with domestic and international suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, MOQs, and contracts to optimize cost.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align purchasing with demand forecasts.
• Monitor pricing, supplier capacity, lead times, and market conditions.
• Establish scalable procurement processes and reporting.
