OpenLoop Health is seeking a Senior Director of Procurement to lead company-wide sourcing, vendor management, and spend optimization. This remote role focuses on building a centralized procurement function that supports rapid growth while driving cost savings and compliance.

You will partner with department heads, Legal, and Compliance to review contracts, implement procurement software, and align budgeting with FP&A. A strong strategic and execution mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years procurement or sourcing experience with leadership roles.
• Experience scaling centralized procurement in startup and public companies.
• Strong knowledge of procurement software and spend management systems.
• Healthcare, pharmacy, or digital health experience.
• Proven cost savings, process improvements, and supplier performance.
• Skilled in vendor negotiations and contract review.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution.
• Excellent communication and project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and standardize a centralized procurement policy and process.
• Implement and optimize a new procurement software tool.
• Lead annual budget planning with FP&A.
• Collaborate with department heads on spend visibility and budgeting.
• Work with Compliance and Legal to meet regulatory standards.
• Partner with Legal to review vendor contracts and SLAs.
• Other duties as assigned.
