Job summary

HealthyBaby is seeking a seasoned procurement professional to build and scale its global supply base, including strategic sourcing, supplier management, and NetSuite execution. Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience in CPG or related industries.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, including purchasing and inventory coordination.
• Proven track record with contract manufacturers and global suppliers.
• Experience sourcing materials in complex, multi-component products (textiles, absorbent or hygiene categories).
• Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated impact on cost and terms.
• Deep understanding of supply chain fundamentals: lead times, MOQs, capacity and risk management.
• Analytical and systems-minded; capable of data-driven decision making.
• Ability to operate strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Own procurement execution within NetSuite, including PO creation and management.
• Lead supplier negotiations, pricing, MOQs and contract terms.
• Partner with Operations, Product Development and Finance to align demand and supply.
• Develop cost models and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Maintain procurement data and drive continuous improvement in workflows and reporting.
• Manage supplier performance, risk, and continuity across materials and components.
