Qualifikationen

• Experience with procurement processes including quotes, vendors, purchases.
• Microsoft Excel to enter, organize, track, and maintain data.

• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interpret and follow established procurement policies and regulations.

Aufgaben

• Support employees in procuring goods and services for departments, prioritizing cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure negotiation for and compliance with college-wide contracts.
• Maintain partnerships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products.
• Maintain accurate records of all assets owned by the college, including location, condition and value.
• Conduct an annual physical inventory to rectify any discrepancies.
• Provide training to employees on eVA and procurement card procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
