Pactum AI, Inc. is seeking a strategic, consultative role in enterprise procurement. You will sit with executives and operators to transform how procurement is done using Pactum's Autonomous Procurement platform.

You will own relationships, translate sourcing strategies into adoption plans, and drive measurable value for large enterprises with a data-driven approach. This role offers flexibility for remote work and significant impact on customers' procurement transformations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement experience across practitioner and leadership roles.
• Deep understanding of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and category management.
• Ability to drive adoption and influence change in large organizations.
• Comfort analyzing complex data and building data-driven recommendations.
• Experience running workshops and discovery sessions to surface real pain points.
• Executive presence with executives and daily users.
• Strong organizational discipline to manage multiple accounts and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer advisory to enterprise procurement leaders across sourcing and operations.
• Drive adoption and change management across customer procurement organizations.
• Realize value by tracking usage metrics and translating into business impact narratives.
• Identify and surface new adoption opportunities to expand Pactum's impact.
• Lead workshops and discovery sessions to uncover pain points and opportunities.
• Develop data-backed business cases linking Pactum capabilities to customer goals.
• Articulate the procurement journey ahead to executives and teams.
• Influence product and GTM strategy based on customer feedback.
