Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer within our Sourcing & Procurement practice in the United States. You will embed with client teams to deploy AI platforms, translate platform capability into measurable business value, and own outcomes from architecture to adoption.

You’ll lead multi‑stakeholder engagements, drive rapid experimentation, and codify reusable blueprints to scale AI-powered procurement solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of engineering experience with cloud-native systems, including APIs, microservices, containerization, and serverless architectures.
Minimum of 1 year of experience designing and deploying agentic solutions in production environments.
Minimum of 3 years of deep expertise with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, or open-source models).
Minimum of 8 years of experience leading software engineering teams, including delivery oversight and mentoring.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise AI platform deployments across complex client environments, owning architecture through adoption.
Own programme-level delivery outcomes: time-to-value, reliability, adoption velocity, and scalability.
Architect and govern AI solutions across identity, data, security, governance, and integration at scale.
Shape AI reinvention strategy for CTO/CFO/CISO and engage senior stakeholders on AI-enabled procurement transformation.
