Job summary

Levelpath is the modern AI procurement platform for global enterprises, partnering with Fortune 500 companies to transform how they buy. This customer solutions role reports to our AI & Product Solutions Architect and centers on working directly with enterprise procurement teams to translate policy and process docs into AI configurations.

You’ll own engagements end-to-end: running implementation calls, extracting business logic from policy documents, and building prompts, rules, and routing

Qualifications

Real experience working directly with customers and managing enterprise accounts.
Ability to translate complex policy documents into clear requirements.
Detail-oriented with strong written communication.
Curious about AI and quick to learn new tools.
Excellent organizational skills for multiple engagements.

Responsibilities

Lead implementation calls with enterprise customers, understanding procurement processes.
Read policy documents and extract business logic for AI configurations.
Translate requirements into prompts, rules, and routing instructions.
Test configurations with edge cases and iterate until requirements are met.
Track engagement progress and collaborate with product/engineering teams.
Configure AI agents for document analysis, classification, and procurement workflows.
