Pactum is seeking a procurement-savvy Solutions Consultant to shape how we sell and build across the U.S. market. You will act as a trusted advisor to large enterprises, translate complex challenges into compelling cases for change, and influence deals from discovery through closure.

You will lead workshops, map client needs to Pactum capabilities, and craft rigorous business cases showing measurable impact for senior procurement and finance stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in procurement consulting or solutions consulting with enterprise clients
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier management
• Excellent storytelling and executive-level communication

Responsibilities

• Engage with enterprise clients across the U.S. to build advisory relationships
• Lead discovery sessions to surface pain points and map to Pactum's capabilities
• Demonstrate value through compelling product narratives to senior audiences
• Develop rigorous business cases showing measurable impact
• Collaborate with Account Management to drive expansion in existing accounts
• Feed field insights back to Product, Engineering, and Sales teams
