Qualifications

• 7+ years of supply chain systems experience, ideally on data, platform, workflow, or internal tools.
• Ability to work with IT on technical tradeoffs and reason independently about system and data model design.
• Strong written communication: crisp requirements, clear prioritization rationale, and a documented point of view.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a track record of defining structure where none existed.
• Demonstrated ability to ship products with measurable operational impact.
• Experience with ERP or MRP systems in a supply chain or finance context; familiarity with NetSuite and Zip.
• Fluency working directly in underlying data and tables.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own product direction for the systems and data that run the end-to-end supply chain
• Turn a complex map of supply chain elements into clear data models and specs
• Define and own the workflows and product surfaces for all supplier management mechanisms
• Define and own the workflows and product surfaces for logistics and trade compliance
• Partner with IT on technical tradeoffs and system design
• Work with Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Legal, Program Management, Engineering, Business, and Operations to understand each domain and validate what you build against real workflows
• Define and track the metrics that prove the product is creating leverage
• Identify where AI and automation should replace manual process
