Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational projects from concept development through launch.
• Drive senior leadership alignment and secure project funding with data-driven presentations.
• Identify needs and systemic problems using advanced analytics to improve efficiency.
• Facilitate quarterly business reviews, OKR planning, and budgeting cycles.
• Mentor associates and promote cross-functional collaboration and inclusion.
