You will partner with leaders to design better workflows, translate requirements for IT, and guide teams through transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of process consulting or related experience.
• Ability to analyze complex workflows and recommend improvements.
• Experience documenting processes and requirements.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess process effectiveness, productivity, quality, and resource use.
• Review workflows to remove unnecessary steps and delays.
• Collaborate with leaders to understand challenges and outcomes.
• Conduct discovery sessions and document requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specs for IT teams.
• Design and implement improved workflows and operating procedures.
• Facilitate process-design workshops and stakeholder reviews.
• Develop process documentation and support materials.
• Establish measures to evaluate efficiency, quality, and cost.
• Support change initiatives and coordinate with tech teams.
