Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in process consulting, business analysis, operations, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of process analysis, workflow design, and operational improvement.
• Experience developing process maps, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify root causes.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and multiple levels.
• Strong organizational and project‑management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes, workflows, procedures, and operating models to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct process assessments, interviews, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to understand requirements.
• Document current-state and future-state processes using maps, flowcharts, and diagrams.
• Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, control gaps, and opportunities for automation.
• Develop recommendations and improvement strategies aligned with objectives and priorities.
• Collaborate with leaders, operational teams, technology groups, and SMEs to design solutions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, guidelines, and workflow specs.
• Support process redesign, optimization, standardization, and transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate impact of changes on people, systems, and costs.
• Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure improvement.
• Analyze performance data to identify root causes and evidence-based recommendations.
• Facilitate process improvement workshops and requirements-gathering activities.
• Support change management and adoption of new processes and tools.
• Monitor performance after implementation and suggest further improvements.
• Leverage technology, automation, and digital tools to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure redesigned processes align with policies and controls.
