Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process consulting, business analysis, operations, or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis, workflow design, process optimization, and operational improvement.
• Experience developing process maps, workflow diagrams, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes and propose practical solutions.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable process recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation abilities.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and process-mapping tools.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, BPM, or continuous improvement.
• Experience with workflow automation, ERP systems, CRM platforms, BI tools.
• Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, BPM, CBAP, PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes, workflows, and operating models to identify inefficiencies.
• Conduct process assessments, interviews, and stakeholder discussions.
• Document current and future state processes using process maps and diagrams.
• Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop improvement recommendations aligned with business priorities.
• Collaborate with leaders and teams to design effective process solutions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, documentation, and workflow specs.
• Support process redesign, optimization, and transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate impact of changes on people, systems, costs, and performance.
• Establish process metrics and reporting to measure improvement.
• Analyze data and performance trends to identify root causes.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering with stakeholders.
• Support change management activities for new processes and tools.
• Monitor performance post-implementation and propose further improvements.
