Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, operations, industrial engineering, information systems, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in process consulting, business analysis, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with stakeholder management.
• Experience mapping processes, documenting SOPs, and driving improvements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes, workflows, and operating models to identify inefficiencies.
• Conduct assessments, interviews, and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Document current and future state processes using maps and diagrams.
• Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for automation and cost savings.
• Develop improvement strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Collaborate with leaders and teams to design effective process solutions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and workflow specs.
• Support change management and adoption of new processes and tools.
