Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in process consulting, business analysis, operations, or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis, workflow design, process optimization, and operational improvement.
• Experience developing process maps, workflow diagrams, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop practical solutions.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable process recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation abilities.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications, Visio or comparable process-mapping tools.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, BPM, or continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes, workflows, procedures, and operating models to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct process assessments, interviews, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to understand business requirements and challenges.
• Document current-state and future-state processes using process maps, flowcharts, and workflow diagrams.
• Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, control gaps, unnecessary costs, and opportunities for automation.
• Develop recommendations and improvement strategies aligned with organizational objectives and priorities.
• Collaborate with leaders, operational teams, technology groups, and SMEs to design effective process solutions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, guidelines, and workflow specs.
• Support process redesign, optimization, standardization, and transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate impact of changes on people, systems, controls, costs, and performance.
• Establish performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to measure improvement.
• Analyze operational data to identify root causes and support evidence-based recommendations.
• Facilitate process improvement workshops and requirements-gathering activities.
• Support change management activities associated with new processes and systems.
• Assist with implementation and adoption of approved process improvements.
• Monitor process performance post-implementation and recommend further improvements.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation, and digital tools.
• Ensure redesigned processes align with policies, controls, regulatory requirements, and standards.
• Prepare presentations, reports, business cases, and executive-level recommendations.
