Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in process consulting, business analysis, operations, process improvement, or related field.
• Experience mapping processes, workflows, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholder facilitation.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, BPM, or continuous improvement is a plus.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, BI tools, or process-management software is advantageous.
• Relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, CBAP, PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes, workflows, procedures, and operating models to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct process assessments, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to understand requirements.
• Document current-state and future-state processes using maps and diagrams.
• Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, control gaps, and opportunities for automation.
• Develop recommendations and improvement strategies aligned with objectives.
• Collaborate with leaders and teams to design effective process solutions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, guidelines, and flow specifications.
• Support redesign, optimization, standardization, and transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate impact of changes on people, systems, costs, and performance.
• Establish process performance metrics and reporting for improvements.
• Analyze data to identify root causes and support evidence-based recommendations.
• Facilitate process improvement workshops and requirements gatherings.
• Support change management for new processes, systems, and procedures.
• Assist with implementation and adoption of improvements.
• Monitor performance post-implementation and propose additional improvements.
• Explore automation and digital tools to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure processes align with policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare presentations, reports, business cases, and executive recommendations.
• Manage multiple consulting assignments and maintain schedules and quality.
• Stay informed on methodologies and industry trends.
