Job summary

LeoForce in California is seeking a Process Improvement Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation. You will apply Lean, Six Sigma, and process-mapping methods to improve efficiency, controls, and performance, while developing SOPs and dashboards for leadership insights.

The role requires 5+ years of progressive improvement experience, strong project management, and excellent communication to drive change and adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering related field.
• 5+ years of progressive process improvement experience.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, root-cause analysis, and process mapping.
• Experience turning audit findings into sustainable improvements.
• Excellent project management and multi-priority handling.
• Ability to develop KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and data-analysis tools; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives from discovery to implementation.
• Evaluate workflows, controls, and processes to identify inefficiencies and risks.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, mapping, and continuous improvement methods.
• Develop standardized workflows, SOPs, process maps, and controls.
• Manage strategic projects with timelines and deliverables.
• Analyze data to identify trends and prioritize opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reporting for leadership insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on tech upgrades and testing.
• Support change management and drive adoption of new processes.
• Present findings and recommendations to executives and stakeholders.
