Job summary

Amazon Leo is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Process Excellence to unify manufacturing, finance, and enterprise applications across the value chain. You will define target-state processes, governance, and cross-boundary handoffs, ensuring end-to-end coherence and auditable design decisions.

The role drives scalability, standardization, and process automation, collaborating with ERP, MES, PLM, and warehouse domains while leading a team in a fusion model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of team management experience.
• Experience with ERP-enabled process design (SAP, Oracle) and cross-domain governance.
• 8+ years in product or program management or related field.
• 5+ years designing cross-functional end-to-end processes across manufacturing, procurement, warehouse, or finance.
• 3+ years leading managers or teams of 20+ people.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional design governance.

Responsibilities

• Design Authority governance: approve or reject cross-functional designs before build.
• End-to-end process architecture: define target-state processes and integration specs.
• Collaborate with ERP domain leaders to ensure workable processes within system capabilities.
• Publish process standards and reusable templates to accelerate delivery.
