Job summary

Oakleaf Partnership is seeking a Process Excellence Manager to join a growing transformation team. This hands-on contributor role focuses on driving process improvements, enabling operational efficiencies, and supporting enterprise-wide transformation efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in process improvement/operational excellence or transformation.
• Strong Lean Six Sigma, process mapping, root cause analysis and performance measurement experience.
• Advanced analytics with large, complex datasets.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive change across functions.
• Experience in process-driven environments (financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, or shared services) welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve business processes using Lean Six Sigma and process mapping.
• Lead process improvement projects from discovery through implementation and stabilization.
• Evaluate large datasets to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop KPIs and metrics to measure outcomes and drive improvements.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate workshops and document future-state processes.
• Drive technology-enabled process enhancements and operational excellence initiatives.
• Communicate findings and recommendations through executive-ready presentations.
