Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Process Excellence for Project Leo to act as the connective tissue across manufacturing and finance enterprise applications. You will own end‑to‑end process architecture and governance spanning the digital thread from product engineering through manufacturing execution, distribution, and financial close.

The role requires collaboration with ERP, PLM, MES, SCP, WMS, and other domains and leads a Design Authority to ensure coherent handoffs and value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of team management experience.
• 8+ years in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology.

Responsibilities

• Design Authority governance: approve or reject cross‑functional solution designs before build.
• End‑to‑end process architecture: define target‑state models, integration specs, handoffs, and acceptance criteria.
• Cross‑functional process standards: establish how processes connect across boundaries, including engineering change flows.
• Process performance accountability: define metrics, measure end‑to‑end cycle time, diagnose design, system, or governance gaps.
