LeoForce in Sumter, SC seeks an Engineering Manager to lead a manufacturing engineering team in design, development, and implementation of processes. The role focuses on Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, quality control, and continuous improvement to drive efficiency and product quality.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in engineering management, strong leadership, and solidWorks proficiency, with a degree in mechanical engineering and advanced credentials as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (advanced degree preferred).
• 5+ years of engineering management experience in manufacturing.
• Proven project management, design, product development and manufacturing process expertise.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or equivalent engineering design software.
• Demonstrated leadership with ability to mentor engineers.
• Excellent problem-solving with focus on quality control.
• Strong communication with stakeholders across teams.
• Proactive, strategic mindset and attention to detail.
• Engineering license or certification would be an advantage.
