Job summary

LeoForce seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead Riverside, CA manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. The role requires hands-on leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and bilingual English/Spanish communication to guide supervisors and frontline teams.

You will drive operational excellence, safety, quality, and on-time delivery while partnering with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and HR to improve processes and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience managing manufacturing operations and production teams.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required; strong cross-cultural communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, production, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Coach and develop supervisors, leads, and production personnel.
• Set production priorities and ensure schedules and customer commitments are met.
• Monitor KPIs: productivity, labor efficiency, scrap, downtime, throughput, on-time delivery, costs.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement actions to improve workflow and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma or similar.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Planning, Purchasing, and Supply Chain.
