Job summary

Fogo de Chão is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Raleigh to lead and develop the restaurant team, manage reservations, and ensure award‑winning guest experiences. You will oversee inventory, safety, and compliance while driving guest satisfaction and staff growth in a bustling churrascaria environment.

The role requires 5 years in restaurant operations with 3 years in churrasco cuisine knowledge; a high school diploma is required, and a hotel/restaurant management degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years restaurant operations experience preferred.
• 3 years churrasco and churrascaria knowledge preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s in hotel/restaurant management desirable.
• Combination of experience and education will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Advise and supervise restaurant team members.
• Attract, develop, and retain all restaurant team members.
• Utilize GuestBridge/OpenTable to manage reservations and wait times.
• Ensure all employees have unexpired food handler certifications.
• Promote a Culture of Recognition and guest satisfaction.
• Responsible for inventory, forecasting and setting targets.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are communicated and followed.
• Ensure guest and team member safety and quality experience.
