• This role requires 12+ years in Principal Technical Account Management or related strategic technical roles.
• Experience managing highly strategic enterprise customers or large-scale programs.
• Expertise in complex customer environments, integrations, and operational strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise-level strategic engagements with Outreach's most strategic customers, advising executives.
• Define systemic customer success initiatives, transformational programs, and scalable engagement models.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Supportability, and GTM to drive platform evolution.
• Advise leadership on customer strategy, risk reduction, and long-term product direction.
• Champion AI adoption and governance within the TAM organization and build scalable workflows.
