Job summary

FullStack seeks a Principal Agentic Engineer to drive architectural strategy and client engagements for large enterprises. You will guide adoption of agentic workflows and lead cross-functional teams across regulated domains, balancing innovation with governance.

You will collaborate with CTOs and VPs to shape roadmaps, defend design choices, and maximize ROI, while ensuring AI-assisted development remains rigorously human-validated.

Qualifications

8‑10+ years of professional software development experience.
Deep full-stack architecture knowledge.
Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Principal Engineer.
Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic consultant and technical lead for regulated industries and Fortune 500 clients.
Define roadmaps for implementing agentic solutions and defend architectural decisions with engineering leadership.
Measure ROI and Developer Productivity (cycle time, lead time) and ensure AI-generated output integrates with human-in-the-loop validation.
