Qualifications
- Four-year college degree required.
- 8–10+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Principal Engineer.
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural decisions and define roadmaps for agentic solutions.
- Engage with CTOs and engineering leaders to defend proposals and measure ROI.
- Guide large, multi-file systems with agentic tooling and AI-assisted output.
- Ensure human-in-the-loop validation while AI systems generate code.
