Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Manager or Staff-level Data Analyst in Lexington, KY to lead supplier yield, pricing analytics, and monetization initiatives. You will build models, dashboards, and pricing infrastructure, collaborating with Product, Operations, and Engineering to drive revenue growth.

The role emphasizes hands-on analytics, AI-assisted techniques, and a strategic partnership approach to shaping pricing strategy and supplier retention across the Thomas platform ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• 7+ years in pricing analytics, yield management, or growth analytics; marketplace/ad/monetization familiarity.
• Hands-on machine learning experience in production environments (classification, regression, time series).
• Strong SQL and proficiency with Snowflake, dbt, and Looker; able to build data models and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytical framework behind supplier pricing and monetization.
• Build pricing infrastructure and ad performance dashboards; surface pricing gaps.
• Develop churn propensity models, velocity scoring, and cohort analyses.
• Design and run A/B tests for pricing and supplier engagement interventions.
