T-Mobile USA is seeking a strategic, analytics-driven leader to head a Pricing and Promotions team. You will own pricing decisions, develop economic analyses, and present recommendations to senior leadership.

The role collaborates with Marketing, Finance, Product, Sales, and OEM partners to optimize device pricing and promotions. You will guide a team, build financial models, and ensure successful execution of pricing initiatives across channels, driving growth and profitability while aligning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 7 years of related work experience (Required)
• Advanced degree plus 5 years of related experience (Required)
• 7+ years in strategy or analytics with 3+ years in consulting or corporate strategy (Preferred)
• 2-4 years direct supervision and management experience (Preferred)
• Experience leading business case modeling for >$100M/year deals (Preferred)
• Experience building teams and leading matrixed teams (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing professionals team and deliver executive-level recommendations
• Own economic case for device pricing and promotions
• Estimate customer and financial response to offers and quantify trade-offs
• Develop pricing/economic models with scenario analyses
• Partner with cross-functional teams and OEMs to present options
• Understand industry drivers to optimize pricing and profitability
