Job summary

LG Electronics USA is seeking a senior pricing leader to develop category pricing strategies and promotional plans that drive profitable sales across retail, e-commerce, club, and distribution channels. You will lead pricing planning, financial analysis, and profitability optimization through the product lifecycle.

Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Sales Finance, Supply Chain, and retailers to set competitive pricing, evaluate opportunities, and communicate roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years advanced experience in consumer electronics industry preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with pricing strategy, promotions, and budget management.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making across organizations.
• Must have strong work ethic and ability to work beyond business hours as needed to meet weekly/monthly deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage long-term promotional roadmaps considering supply availability, channel inventory, competitive activities, and financial objectives.
• Review and evaluate promotional requests from Sales and provide profitability-positive recommendations.
• Develop new product launch pricing strategies, account-specific pricing structures, and margin negotiations across channels.
• Serve as primary contact for Sales regarding pricing and promotions.
• Lead promotion and margin negotiations with all accounts.
• Oversee MDF program, including review and approval of funding requests and budgets.
• Perform promotional cost analysis, financial forecasting, and profitability simulations.
• Prepare and communicate roadmap updates, price sheets, SPIFF bulletins, and other sales communications.
• Maintain high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to support organizational performance.
