Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Sr Executive Strategy & Planning Manager to join the Chief of Staff organization. You will influence key initiatives, manage the senior leader's agenda, and ensure alignment across tech, finance, and other functions.

You will own the rhythm of business, develop performance scorecards, and drive ad hoc projects to completion, requiring strong business sense, discretion, and project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 7+ years in corporate strategy or related fields.
• Experience influencing senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management, risk management, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to design and measure business performance with scorecards.
• Excellent communication and executive-level collaboration skills.
