Job summary

Hightouch seeks a Pricing & Packaging Lead to own monetization strategy and pricing frameworks across its product suite. You will collaborate with the Co-CEOs, CRO, CFO, and product leaders to design value-based pricing, metering, and packaging that scales with growth.

You'll build tools, pricing enablement, and CPQ integration, while partnering with Deal Desk and AEMs on large deals; this remote-first role reports to the Head of Revenue Operations and offers equity and meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Experience owning pricing at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Pricing consumption and hybrid models knowledge.
• Experience pricing AI or usage-metered products is a strong plus.
• Worked directly with founders and executives on pricing decisions.
• Ability to build pricing models approved by Finance.
• Experience with CPQ or quote-to-cash systems.
• Comfort handling seven-figure, multi-product, multi-year deals.

Responsibilities

• Co-create pricing and packaging with executive and product leadership.
• Rationalize and own the current pricing frameworks across all products.
• Build the pricing enablement and calculation tooling for the field.
• Partner with Deal Desk and AEMs on large and complex deals.
• Own business requirements for product price books in CPQ.
