Job summary

Hyland is seeking a Strategic Pricing Manager to shape pricing and packaging across key product lines. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of pricing, product strategy, or related analytics.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and present recommendations.
• Experience with pricing or monetization in SaaS preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize long-term pricing and packaging strategy across Hyland's product lines; craft new pricing constructs that monetize the portfolio.
• Define pricing and packaging for new offerings from concept to launch; identify opportunities to strengthen the portfolio using market, competitive, and stakeholder research.
• Drive monetization by linking pricing decisions to revenue growth, margins, and portfolio health.
• Build data-driven recommendations using structured problem-solving: form hypotheses, analyze data, validate assumptions, land on a clear recommendation.
• Communicate pricing concepts to VP/SVP/executives and partner with cross-functional teams to implement.
• Design and lead qualitative and quantitative research, including sales and customer input, to test hypotheses.
