Placer.ai is seeking a Director of Pricing & Packaging to own pricing and packaging strategy across all products. You will work with the COO, CRO, CFO, and CEO to align on multi-year vision and drive profitability, conversion, and retention.

You will partner with GTM teams to operationalize pricing, blending qualitative insights with quantitative models. This is a high-visibility role in a fully remote, fast-growing company redefining location intelligence.

Qualifications

• Experience designing SaaS pricing models and monetization.
• Ability to align product, sales, and finance around pricing changes.
• Strong communication and leadership in distributed environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve pricing strategy across verticals and products.
• Partner with executive leadership to monetize and optimize profitability.
• Design packaging strategies by vertical and segment based on customer value.
• Set discounting guardrails and approval processes.
• Collaborate with sales and deal desk to accelerate velocity and profitability.
