Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or equivalent.
• 4-6+ years specifically in pricing, commercial strategy, revenue management, or a closely relative field.
• Strong knowledge of pricing strategies, methodologies, and best practices that drive profitable growth.
• Experience leveraging market dynamics and value-based pricing principles to develop pricing recommendations and business cases.
• Proficiency in pricing governance, approval processes, and deal economics.

Responsabilités

• Identify pricing opportunities through market and financial analysis and develop pricing strategies that drive profitable growth.
• Lead pricing analyses related to price adjustments and new product launches with Finance and ISC to assess margins.
• Analyze price performance, discounts, profitability, and customer economics to develop recommendations.
• Develop and maintain pricing models, business cases, and financial analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Present pricing performance and insights to senior leadership through reviews.
• Provide guidance for significant commercial opportunities, national accounts, and PARs.
• Review and approve PARs, ensuring alignment with governance and profitability objectives.
• Drive pricing process improvements, governance, analytics, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance customer value and market competitiveness.
