Job summary

Solve Industrial Motion Group is seeking a Pricing Manager in Charlotte, NC, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer. You will lead pricing strategy, manage a Proposal & Pricing team, and drive value-based pricing initiatives to improve profitability and growth across our Bearing and Drive Solutions segments.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Finance to develop robust pricing frameworks, performance analytics, and margin optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years pricing, commercial strategy, or financial analysis in industrial manufacturing and distribution.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Strong product and industry acumen.
• Advanced Excel and data modeling skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably P21 or Epicor.

Responsibilities

• Build a long-term pricing roadmap with segmentation and value-based pricing.
• Lead pricing strategy for new products, market expansions and strategic accounts.
• Develop and mentor the Proposal & Pricing Team for timely, accurate quotes.
• Conduct market intelligence to inform pricing decisions.
• Partner with Sales to shape deal strategy including contract pricing and volume programs.
• Collaborate with Finance to model pricing scenarios and margin impacts.
• Lead pricing governance and annual price increase initiatives.
