Solve Industrial Motion Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for manufacturing operations. You will partner with site leaders, operations, supply chain and accounting to provide visibility into performance, cost drivers, and opportunities for improvement.

The role emphasizes standard costing, COGS modeling, and KPI reporting, with dashboards and automation to simplify processes.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Strong understanding of standard costing, cost accounting, and manufacturing financial processes.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and financial modeling.
• Experience with ERP systems and BI/reporting tools.
• Experience in manufacturing or operations-driven FP&A.

Aufgaben

• Lead financial planning and analysis for manufacturing operations, including monthly forecasts, budgets, long-range planning, and scenario modeling.
• Partner with Site Managers and Operations leadership to understand cost performance, KPIs, and P&L drivers.
• Oversee standard cost updates, cost roll-ups, and COGS modeling for network accuracy.
• Conduct make-vs-buy analysis to support strategic sourcing decisions.
• Analyze variances and communicate root causes with actionable insights.
• Support monthly close, journal entries, accruals, and reporting schedules.
• Create dashboards and tools to enhance operational visibility and data-driven decisions.
• Support capital planning, ROI modeling, and post-completion reviews of major expenditures.
• Contribute to integration efforts for newly acquired facilities and process automation.
