Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or engineering.
- MBA or related postgraduate degree preferred.
- 6+ years in pricing, revenue management, or finance.
- Proven leadership of cross-functional teams.
- Advanced English; Spanish a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define and govern revenue management strategy across channels.
- Monitor market dynamics, elasticity, profitability, and margins.
- Apply pricing, portfolio, and trade investment optimization.
- Lead annual and tactical pricing processes across channels and customers.
- Support commercial negotiations balancing profitability and market share.
- Drive analytics, scenario modeling, and executive recommendations.
- Coordinate Revenue Management Committee and KPI tracking.
- Oversee department budget and team development.
- Lead digital analytics transformation and BI adoption.
