Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/business with strong analytical background.
• At least two years of experience in pricing and sales analytics.
• Experience leading a team within a distribution environment is beneficial.
• Strong Excel/data skills and familiarity with CPQ processes.

Responsibilities

• Leads pricing strategy development with SBUs to meet gross profit objectives.
• Develops pricing processes and baseline metrics to improve pricing effectiveness.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align sales and pricing strategy.
• Implements pricing records, updates supplier costs, and oversees overrides.
• Analyzes market-based pricing to support strategy and margin improvements.
• Trains teams on pricing strategies and presents insights to stakeholders.
• Maintains pricing dashboards and tracks revenue and gross margins.
