Qualifications

• Experience partnering with Sales, Finance, and leadership teams.
• Knowledge of pricing strategies and profitability analysis.
• Advanced Excel and pricing tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain local pricing policies aligned with global guidelines.
• Develop pricing strategies to support revenue growth and margins.
• Lead deployment of pricing initiatives, tools, and systems.
• Establish pricing governance, approvals, and compliance controls.
• Serve as the quality gatekeeper for pricing execution and discounts.
• Analyze customer, product, market, and price performance for margins.
• Monitor pricing KPIs and profitability impact.
• Provide pricing expertise for strategic deals and negotiations.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Management, Operations, and Global Pricing teams.
• Act as local pricing SME with market feedback and best practices.
• Responsible for annual and mid-year price adjustments for products.
