Job summary

Sirva seeks a Pricing Manager to lead global pricing initiatives across Europe, Asia and the Americas, partnering with Sales, Risk, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance to optimize profitability. The role involves data gathering, financial analysis and providing pricing inputs for client pursuits, renewals and strategy.

You will manage pricing analytics, build economic models, and supervise a Pricing Analyst in Relocation, delivering clear guidance for bids and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics or Business Administration.
• Minimum 7 years related work experience.
• Preferred experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong technical skills: SQL, VB, Excel expertise (data manipulation and pivot tables), BI tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead 80%: Pricing strategy, analysis, and support across global markets.
• Analyze client cost trends and policy impacts to shape pricing directions.
• Develop and maintain pricing models and provide bid support to Sales.
• Report pricing activities to leadership and stakeholders.
• Mentor a Pricing Analyst and oversee performance in Relocation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Risk, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance.
