Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in financial services, renewable energy finance, or related fields.
• Proven pricing strategy and margin optimization experience.
• Experience presenting complex quantitative scenarios to C-suite decision-makers.
• Cross-functional leadership without direct supervisory authority in fast-paced environments.
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or related quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Own core pricing tools and coordinate with finance to align planning and forecasting.
• Partner with CFO and Revenue leaders to optimize pricing and commission structures.
• Standardize financial proposal formats to speed up executive reviews.
• Maintain pricing benchmarks and market share reports to inform strategy.
• Lead trade-off analyses between volume growth and margin expansion.
• Improve customer expectation setting on savings and audit sales behavior.
• Assist in business case development for new opportunities and channels.
• Collaborate with Product teams on new products to inform strategy.
