Sunrun Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst in the Strategic Finance & Analytics (SF&A) team to support forecasting, reporting, and analysis for profitable growth.

You will interact with Sales leadership and become a trusted thought partner, initially supporting Sales & Marketing with potential growth into other areas. The role requires building scalable processes, Anaplan proficiency, and the ability to provide actionable insights to drive decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in FP&A, investment banking, equity research, or consulting with a proven track record of success.
• Strong analytical skills and effective communication required for this highly cross‑functional role.
• Preferred experience with Anaplan or other similar financial planning software.
• Self‑starter with a strong work ethic and highly team‑oriented.
• Inquisitive, enjoys problem‑solving, and focused on driving results.
• Excellent financial modeling and presentation skills
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Sunrun Managed volume forecast process, setting deadlines and forecasting tools.
• Coordinate sales financial planning and forecasting with cost reviews by Directors/VPs.
• Analyze store level profitability and staffing for Retail and Field Sales.
• Assist in compensation plan design for sales roles.
• Perform financial reviews and support sales promotions.
• Analyze third‑party and digital lead vendors.
• Develop and maintain standardized reporting tools, including Anaplan models.
• Develop tools using AI to improve information sharing and analysis.
