Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of pricing, financial analysis, or commercial analytics.
• 3 years may be considered with end-to-end ownership of pricing analytics.
• Proven ability to build financial models and analytical frameworks.
• Advanced skill in Tableau, Excel, and SQL.
• Knowledge of pricing statistics, elasticity, and testing.
• Proficient in financial analysis and multi-year contract economics.
• Ability to present analytics to governance forums and senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication and cross-functional partnership.
• Willing to travel 10-15% and work onsite in Sunnyvale, CA.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive pricing analytics across the full portfolio, surfacing margin and price-realization opportunities ahead of the annual pricing cycle.
• Perform portfolio analytics on price/mix, attach rates, and product utilization by market and customer segment.
• Identify trends in contracts, capital pipeline, and adoption to accelerate da Vinci and Ion.
• Develop and recommend pricing structures in response to global competition.
• Apply pricing science methods, including elasticity testing and willingness-to-pay analysis.
• Model economics across acquisition methods to support governance decisions.
• Provide analytics to price council and prepare materials for senior leadership.
