Job summary

SunOpta, based in Eden Prairie, MN, seeks a Financial Analyst – Pricing to drive pricing analysis across the business and support customer pricing decisions. This role partners with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Operations to translate ingredient costs and pricing dynamics into timely financial insights.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in business/finance and 3–5 years as an analyst, with strong Excel and ERP experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field required.
3–5 years in an analyst role with financial modeling and business analysis.
General knowledge of manufacturing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

Analyze ingredient pricing and update internal formulations to reflect current and future costs.
Coordinate and manage new item cost estimates, including sourcing and freight analysis.
Manage quarterly price update process with on-time delivery and accuracy.
Proactively analyze pricing, including margin impact and profitability.
Assist in pricing models and margin analysis for strategic bids with cross-functional teams.
Support ongoing customer and product profitability analysis and identify margin opportunities.
