Analysts, Business Development, Marketing, Legal Project Management and Billing Operations. You will help resolve complex data and reports to develop meaningful narratives and advisory options, collaborating across practice groups to optimize pricing strategies in a hybrid US-office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or similar field.
• 3 years’ directly related experience in financial analysis, billing, accounting or similar work.
• Advanced MS Word & Excel experience, including VLOOKUP and PivotTable functions.
• Experience in a law firm or other professional services firm desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop rate proposals, fee estimates and pricing options in response to client RFPs and ad-hoc requests.
• Identify rate renewal opportunities and communicate proposals for approvals and submissions.
• Contribute to financial models assessing profitability and impact of pricing proposals.
• Perform historical analytics to identify risks and drivers of fee magnitude for pricing models.
• Ensure billing system setup and client/matter documentation captures pricing arrangements.
• Communicate progress, risks and wins to Pricing leadership in a timely manner.
• Support special projects aligned with firm strategic initiatives.
• Perform additional analyses as needed to meet goals.
