Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a Pricing Analyst to support strategic initiatives by analyzing historical data and performance to advise on profitable arrangements and rate structures. You will collaborate with Pricing Leadership, Sr. Analysts, Business Development, Marketing, and Billing Operations to resolve complex data and craft pricing stories for forward options.

Responsibilities

• Develop rate proposals, fee estimates and pricing options for RFPs and ad-hoc requests.
• Identify rate renewal opportunities and coordinate proposals for approvals and deadlines.
• Contribute to financial models assessing profitability of pricing proposals.
• Develop pricing solutions including alternative fee arrangements.
• Analyze historical matters to identify risks and drivers of fee magnitude.
• Ensure billing system setup and client/matter notes reflect pricing arrangements.
• Communicate progress, wins and risks to leadership in a timely manner.
• Support special projects aligned with firm strategy.
