Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a Pricing Analyst who supports revenue generation by analyzing historical data and advising on rate structures. You will collaborate with Pricing Leadership, Sr. Analysts, Business Development, Marketing, Legal Project Management, Billing Operations and Staff Leadership.

The role emphasizes developing rate proposals, renewal opportunities, and pricing models with a focus on actionable insights and accurate capture in systems. Hybrid work in U.S. offices is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar field.
• 3 years’ directly related experience, preferably in financial analysis, billing, accounting or similar type work.

Responsibilities

• Develop rate proposals, fee estimates and pricing options in response to client RFPs and ad-hoc requests.
• Identify rate renewal opportunities and communicate proposals for approvals and deadlines.
• Contribute to financial models assessing profitability of pricing proposals and develop pricing solutions.
• Perform historical analytics to identify risks and drivers of fee magnitude for pricing models.
• Ensure billing system setup captures pricing arrangements and client notes.
• Communicate progress, wins, and risks to Pricing leadership in a timely manner.
• Support special projects aligned with firm strategic initiatives.
• Adhere to firm policies and meet high standards.
