Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a Pricing Analyst to support revenue generation by analyzing historical data and performance to advise on profitable rate structures. You will collaborate with Pricing Leadership, Sr. Analysts, Business Development, Marketing, and Billing Operations.

Responsibilities include developing rate proposals, identifying renewal opportunities, and modeling profitability to guide forward pricing decisions, including alternative fee arrangements. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or similar field.
• 3 years of directly related experience in financial analysis, billing, accounting, or similar work.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop rate proposals, fee estimates and pricing options in response to client RFPs and ad-hoc requests.
• Identify rate renewal opportunities and coordinate with firm attorneys for approvals and deadlines.
• Contribute to financial models assessing profitability and pricing strategies.
• Ensure pricing arrangements are documented in billing systems and client notes.
