Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a Pricing Analyst to support revenue generation by analyzing historical data and performance to advise on pricing, rate structures, and profitable arrangements. You will collaborate with Pricing Leadership, Sr. Analysts, Business Development, Marketing, and Billing Operations to build robust pricing models and communicate insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 3 years of directly related experience, preferably in financial analysis, billing, accounting or similar work.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Develop rate proposals, fee estimates and pricing options in response to client RFPs and ad-hoc requests.
• Identify rate renewal opportunities and communicate with firm attorneys for approvals and deadlines.
• Contribute to financial models to assess profitability and pricing impacts.
• Analyze historical matters to identify pricing drivers and risks for broader use.
• Ensure pricing arrangements are properly documented in billing systems.
