UKG is seeking a Presales Solution Consultant in the United States. You will partner with sales to understand customer goals, design end-to-end UKG solutions, and deliver tailored demonstrations that communicate value and differentiation.

You will translate complex requirements into practical designs, collaborate with Product and Services, and support deals through to completion, with travel up to 50% as needed.

Formación

• Experience supporting complex sales cycles in a presales, solution consulting, or consultative customer-facing role.
• Experience with human resources, payroll, or related enterprise software solutions a must
• Experience presenting solutions to senior business leaders.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into clear, practical solution designs.
• Willingness to travel for customer engagements when required (travel may exceed 50%).

Responsabilidades

• Partner with sales to lead discovery conversations that uncover customer challenges, priorities, and success measures.
• Design end to end solution approaches that align UKG products to customer business needs.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations that clearly articulate value and differentiation.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Product and Services to ensure solution feasibility and alignment.
• Contribute to deal strategy by identifying risks, assumptions, and next steps that move opportunities forward.
• Support proposal responses and sales-to-services transitions to ensure continuity and clarity for customers.
